About The Position

Got an eye for design and a passion for bringing ideas to life? Flint Group is seeking a creative, detail-driven Creative Design Flintern to join our team for Summer 2026 . You’ll collaborate with experienced designers, contribute to real client work, and partner with fellow interns to lead a full-scale project for a local nonprofit; from concept to completion. It’s hands-on. It’s paid. And yes, there’s a little #FlintFun built in. Program Details Dates: May 19 – August 13, 2026 Schedule: Flexible scheduling (minimum 20 hours/week; average 30 hours/week) C ompensation: $1 7 .00/hour Location: In-office , Fargo, ND What You’ll Do Create detailed digital website layouts and internal marketing materials Collaborate with lead designers on print, web, and mobile projects Develop assets for social media and internal marketing initiatives Support the full design process for client work — from concept through production Contribute to team brainstorms and creative development You won’t just observe ; you’ll design.
