About The Position

As an Intern in our Brand Management Team , you will be at the heart of the action, supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of our viral SquishPillow collections and seasonal Costume lines . You will act as a "connective tissue" between design, licensing, and sales, ensuring our products move from concept to shelf without a hitch. This job description is not exhaustive and other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a desire to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
  • Solid time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Open to rising seniors in high school, undergraduate, or graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited institution.

  • Must not have graduated prior to March 2026.
  • Must have completed at least one year of their academic program by the start of the internship (for undergraduate and graduate applicants).
  • Must be able to commit to the full 10-week program , working onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays , for a total of 40 hours per week .
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Must be able to commute to the internship location for the duration of the program.
  • Must successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Brand Managers in collaborating with product design, packaging, and marketing teams to ensure every product stays "on-brand."
  • Help monitor project milestones and schedules to ensure our seasonal launches hit retail shelves on time.
  • Organize and track physical product samples and digital assets for internal reviews and licensor presentations
  • Coordinate the submission of designs to external licensors and track feedback to ensure we meet brand standards and style guides.
  • Draft internal updates and follow up with cross-functional partners to keep everyone aligned on project status and "next steps."
  • Assist in pulling point-of-sale (POS) data and organizing it into reports to help the team identify top-performing SKUs and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain the "Item Master" database, ensuring all product dimensions, factory info, and costs are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Help build and polish brand decks, line sheets, and sales presentations for key account meetings.
