Job Overview This 8-week internship will support the Cardiovascular Surgery PMO in strengthening product management governance and improving cross-functional execution across the product lifecycle. The intern will evaluate how Product Management currently interacts with the PMO and R&D, from early concept through end-of-life.

Requirements

Ability to work in a team and independently
Undergraduates or Grad students majoring in the field of Project Management, Business or related fields are encouraged to apply
Ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the organization
Strong analytical and project planning skills
Ability to operate in a matrixed organization
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are required to coordinate and interface with the many disciplines involved and to maintain a focus on goals and objectives
Passion for excellence achieved through teamwork
Strong computer skills in the areas of Microsoft office, Windows and presentation graphics
Effective communicator to team members and management
Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
