Job Overview: We are looking for an Intern to support our Commercial team by providing operational and administrative assistance while gaining hands-on experience in business operations and internal processes. This role will help with administrative tasks and workflow support across multiple workstreams to ensure requests are processed accurately and efficiently. The intern will gain exposure to internal systems, queue management, and operational coordination while supporting projects and initiatives that help the team manage workload during peak periods.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Administration, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Punctual, dependable, and committed to meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated desire to learn and develop professionally
  • Ability to follow through on assignments and work collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with general administrative duties and operational support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to requests and updates
  • Ensure tasks are completed with strong attention to detail and within established timelines
  • Communicate with team members to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with processing add/drop requests for National accounts
  • Provide administrative support for the Government queue
  • Help manage Trade overflow requests during high-volume periods
  • Monitor task queues to ensure requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Support internal processes by tracking requests and following through to completion
  • Assist with maintaining organized workflows and documentation
  • Help ensure deadlines are met by supporting task prioritization and follow-up
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
  • Provide general support to the team during high-demand periods
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
