About The Position

Wharton-Smith, Inc., a highly regarded construction company, is seeking qualified candidates for a Project Engineer – Intern position. This position is located at our office in Jacksonville, FL. Primary Responsibilities: Complete assigned tasks by the Intern Program Manager such as: Submittal Review for compliance with Construction Document specifications. Review various Tracking Logs and numerical worksheets for errors, context and compliance. Construction estimating task assistance. Coordination and communication with trade partners, design team and and other Wharton Smith team members. Physically visiting construction projects for observations and progress update. Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel Bluebeam CAD

Requirements

• One year of college
• Good standing with college course work
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Bluebeam
• CAD
