Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science, business management or information systems preferred.
  • Must be in good academic standing with GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Academic Standing: [freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, graduate
  • The availability to work full-time, hybrid. 37.5 hours (Monday- Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm)
  • Experience or awareness of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, Copilot, Microsoft’s Power Platform, Azure, or similar digital workplace technologies.
  • Collaborate in a team environment; possess a sense of accountability and urgency in completing assignments in support of the team’s success.
  • Pursue work with energy, effort, and enthusiasm; take initiative to seek out new responsibilities; persist at tasks despite interruptions, obstacles, or setbacks.
  • Effectively communicate across mediums (verbal, written, electronic, etc.); listen actively and respect others’ viewpoints; adeptly utilize modern communication technology.

Responsibilities

  • Get experience in cloud-based digital transformation technology, with a focus on the Microsoft roadmap.
  • Identify Microsoft product enhancements as they are released; understand product capabilities, positioning, deployment strategies, best practices, and potential risks.
  • Proactively support the implementation of new digital transformation technology and features with promotional content development, training documentation and communications.
  • Assist in demonstrations, training sessions, proof of concepts, and pilot opportunities to support coworkers in their journey to build Digital fluency.
  • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
