About The Position

We are seeking an Employee Experience Intern to support initiatives that enhance
workplace culture and engagement. This internship provides exposure to employee
engagement strategies, internal branding initiatives, and social media
campaigns. The intern will assist in researching, planning, and implementing
activities that improve the overall employee experience.

Requirements

• Open to currently enrolled students or those who have graduated within one year of the internship start date.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented but able to work independently when needed.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee engagement initiatives such as events, recognition programs, or wellness activities.
• Conduct research on employee experience best practices and workplace culture trends.
• Assist with creating presentations or reports on engagement insights
