Job Summary: The Employee Relations (ER) Intern will support the HR team by assisting with administrative support, engagement initiatives, and development of intervention tools. They will participate in conflict resolution, contribute to HR projects, and handle administrative tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in employee relations and human resources, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and are pursuing a degree in a related field.
