You will focus on learning how our organization runs.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree - Required.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team as well as acting autonomously as appropriate.
• Willing to learn and get hands-on experience.
• Attention to detail and follow through.
• Dedication to the team’s success.
• Languages: English & Spanish

Responsibilities

• Support preparation for the upcoming strategic planning process, including organizing and setting up key financial files, templates, and supporting documentation
• Partner with FP&A and CP&A teams to contribute to routine financial deliverables and gain exposure to core business drivers
• Assist with the monthly close process, including data consolidation, validation, and variance analysis
• Perform recurring financial and operational analyses to support decision-making and performance tracking
• Extract, organize, and interpret financial data from internal systems to generate insights and improve reporting efficiency
