About The Position

The Global Logistics Internship provides hands‑on training and meaningful project experience across key logistics functions. Interns will support business process improvement initiatives, KPI development, and performance tracking while gaining exposure to logistics network design, procurement, operations, and quality. Through a structured weekly schedule and guidance from their supervisor and Global Logistics leadership, interns will learn how Global Logistics connects with the broader Beer Division Supply Chain, internal partners, and external stakeholders. Example Projects Include: Support the Global Logistics team’s digital transformation by working with stakeholders to improve our business intelligence capabilities Identify and establish appropriate scorecard processes, KPI development, and adoption strategies that support CBI goals Document and update training materials, job aids, and all on-boarding resources as needed Participate in Corporate pre-planned intern events such as Senior Leader Meetings, Team Building Tour, Final Presentations, Rotation Days to learn about other areas

Requirements

  • Must have completed junior year of Bachelors program
  • Major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics/Statistics, or Business.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Strong analytical skills, skilled in Excel spreadsheets and knowledge of presentation and word processing software.
  • Demonstrates professional maturity and the ability to operate effectively as a single contributor or as part of a larger team.
  • Applies own talents to work assignments yet asks for and uses feedback to expand competencies in current job in order to improve performance.
  • Looks for better ways to perform routine job tasks to improve current effectiveness and seeks opportunities to acquire new skill sets to maximize future growth and development opportunities.
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizes information in a way that facts or ideas build upon one another to lead the audience to a specific conclusion.
