Requirements

Currently enrolled students, specifically, rising Juniors, rising Seniors, or Graduate students pursuing a degree, in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business or closely related fields.
Enthusiasm for learning and a genuine interest in Human Resources and organizational development.
A candidate who enjoys an iterative approach to project management that focused on continuous releases and incorporating stakeholder feedback with each iteration.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented approach with a knack for problem-solving and creative thinking.
Eagerness to take on new challenges and contribute proactively to team projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.

Nice To Haves

SharePoint or other development tool experience is strongly preferred.
Exposure to agile development and project management is a bonus

Responsibilities

Collaborate with seasoned professionals to develop and implement cutting-edge learning initiatives.
Assist in the design and delivery of engaging training programs that align with organizational objectives.
Conduct research and analyze industry trends to enhance our learning and development strategies.
Support the administration of learning platforms and tools to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer.
Contribute fresh ideas and insights to enhance employee engagement and performance.
Assist in continued development of Shentel employee onboarding initiatives.
Participate in content development related to online learning modules.
Assist with testing resources and process documentation.
Other projects as assigned related to training and content development or similar functions.
