Are you interested in Human Resources and passionate about learning and training? Our HR team is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Training function. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world HR experience while contributing to meaningful learning initiatives that support our crewmembers. This is a 20-hour per week, in-office internship opportunity that runs through July 31st, 2026 and offers $15 per hour in compensation. We also offer flexible schedules to accommodate your school schedule, as well!

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (HR or related field preferred)
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and contribute as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and administration of training programs
• Help organize training materials, presentations, and learning resources
• Support tracking of training completion, attendance, and feedback
• Assist with updating learning content and internal training documentation
• Provide administrative support for HR and training initiatives as needed
• Collaborate with HR team members on special projects related
