About The Position

This position will report directly to our Associate Director of IT Operations and be an integral part of our global IT organization. This candidate is focused not just on resolving technical incidents but to find underlying problems and help develop long term solutions/processes.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Working knowledge of the following IT systems and platforms: Windows Operating Systems, Azure AD, Intune, Office 365, Okta, General networking concepts (firewalls, IP addressing, WLAN, routers, switches)
  • Experience with end-user hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Strong customer service, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, customers, and external vendors
  • Experience deploying and supporting laptops and mobile devices
  • Proficiency supporting Adobe, Box, and Microsoft applications (OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
  • Degree or coursework in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, Information Systems, Web Design, Web Development, Digital Workforce, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and onsite IT support for Mirum employees
  • Provide AV support for company meetings and events, including: Zoom Microsoft Teams Logitech Sync software and hardware
