This is a temporary entry-level technical position with a focus on end-user customer service and technical skills development. Incumbent will assist Enterprise Technology (ET) Support with various work to support computer users through the installation and maintenance of various desktop hardware and software components, procedural documentation to be captured into a knowledge retention application (FreshService), and the ET Service Center by providing coverage answering phones and resolving customer (District colleagues) issues.
