The Pro Operations team serves as the voice of our Pro customers and in-store Pro associates. We manage the interconnected operations that support the Pro business, ensuring its unique needs are represented in every cross-functional initiative. As part of the Contractor Services team, Pro Operations collaborates closely with Merchandising, Store Operations, IT, e-commerce, and Analytics to consistently deliver on our mission: Grow the Pro! The Business Process Lead Intern will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and tactical activities focused on continuous improvement and the maintenance of critical processes within Pro Operations. As Pro serves as a growth engine for the organization, this role will contribute to strengthening Pro customer loyalty and ensuring front-line teams are equipped to deliver exceptional brand experiences and value.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related quantitative/technical field
• Business analysis
• Problem solving skills
• Quick learning ability
• Project management experience
• Process mapping
• Managing stakeholders expectations and data analysis
• The successful student will be currently enrolled in a Canadian accredited university or college throughout the period of the Internship/Co-op program.
• In addition, you must be legally entitled to work in Canada by way of Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid study/work permit.
