About The Position

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for designing fixtures/tooling as needed for prototype build, assist senior engineers in performing process development activities in the OSA lab, perform Design of Experiments (DOEs) to determine optimum solutions to manufacturing issues.

Requirements

• No experience necessary.
• Must be enrolled in college per the Coherent Internship Guidelines.
• Capable of using Solid Works to design simple fixtures/tooling.
• Work effectively in a team setting as well as an individual contributor with limited supervision.
• All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Corporate EHS standards.
