About The Position

We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated summer intern to support our Global Sales Operations team. This role involves customer data research, documentation, Salesforce transaction support, and sales analytics. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and comfortable working with data. Requirements

• Working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform structured online research.
• Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, charts, basic formulas).
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented but able to work independently when needed.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Salesforce or Power BI is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research customer information on the web and help assign accurate Customer Group, Region, and Headquarters for unassigned Data Warehouse customer accounts across all ERPs, Segments, and Divisions.
• Process and track loaner transactions in Salesforce.
• Create process documentation to support operational workflows.
• Generate sales analytics and reports using Excel or Power BI, including data cleanup, pivot tables, and visualizations.
