Responsibilities

• The intern will build and maintain a SharePoint knowledge portal for systems and applications.
• They will work with system administrators and developers to gather and update runbooks, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Deliverables include flowcharts, architectural diagrams, and possibly the creation of ServiceNow request forms.
