About The Position

As a Site Supervision Intern at Ware Malcomb, you will support the project team with both administrative and field‑related tasks to ensure construction activities are properly monitored, documented, and aligned with project standards. You will assist with daily site observations, basic reporting, photographic documentation, and follow‑up on subcontractor activities. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
  • Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and adapt to dynamic project environments
  • Interest in construction processes and field supervision
  • Daily on-site presence to observe and support supervision activities
  • Ability to lift up to 5 pounds as needed
  • Periods of desk and computer work for documentation
  • Availability to adjust schedules according to site activities when required

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred knowledge of tools such as Procore, MS Teams, Bluebeam, or Revit
  • Effective written and verbal communication in Spanish, with English as a desirable skill

Responsibilities

  • Accompanying daily site walkthroughs for observation, learning, and documentation
  • Assisting with photographic records of construction progress
  • Supporting the preparation of simple reports, logs, and checklists
  • Organizing project documents, drawings, and site records
  • Participating in meetings as an observer or support role, and assisting with note-taking
  • Learning company procedures related to quality, safety, and document control
  • Providing general support to Supervisors and the Construction Manager as needed
