As a Software Engineering Intern at LayerZero Power Systems, you will develop internal and external programs that aid in mission-critical products such as Static Transfer Switches and Power Distribution Units.
Requirements
- THIS JOB IS ON-SITE AND REQUIRES YOU TO LIVE WITHIN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO OUR AURORA OH LOCATION
- Technical Skills Required: Programming experience in C/C++, Python, and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS), embedded Linux, or bare-metal development.
- Must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior whom is currently enrolled in Computer Science or Computer Engineering major at University or College
Nice To Haves
- Hobby experience in programming or electronics is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own your project from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Develop and maintain internal applications to interface with power hardware.
- Build scripts and tools to aid in software development.
- Design automated testing software to identify bugs in firmware and prevent system crashes in data center environments.
- Participate in code review with full-time engineers to ensure quality.
