Position Overview Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions Perform preventive care, health screenings, and wellness visits Coordinate care with specialists and integrated care teams Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives Shared call coverage depending on practice needs

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure
• Active or eligible DEA registration
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
