That’s why we’re searching for a qualified Internal Sales Executive to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in an internal sales or telesales role (typically 1-3 years) or in customer service, preferably within a related industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools and comfort learning new technologies and systems
  • Self-starter and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales, driven to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize work, and adapt during pressured situations
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
  • Customer-centric with a strong commitment to service excellence

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in similar environment
  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a contact center environment
