About the Position: The mission of Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus is to be excellent in all aspects of buying, selling, and fixing used fire trucks. The Prospecting Specialist role was created in order to continue fostering excellence within the Brindlee Mountain ecosystem, namely in creating a value-based customer experience externally and generating high quality sales leads internally. Position Type: On-site, Full Time (40hrs/week) Pay Range: $50k-$75k (includes bonuses & commissions) Reports To: Prospecting Team Supervisor General expectations of the Prospecting Specialist role include, but are not limited to: Exhibiting a Servant-Leader attitude and mindset, both with customers and your Brindlee Mountain peers. This means: Deliver what is promised with excellence Display a spirit of service to customers, community and each other Demonstrate sincere gratitude for business and relationships Execute all business dealings with integrity In the Prospecting Specialist role you will perform the following functions (subject to change at leadership discretion): As part of a Prospecting team, receive inbound calls from customers inquiring about a variety of details on advertised apparatus (price, availability, condition, etc). As part of a Prospecting team, receive and respond to online digital inquiries from customers inquiring about a variety of details on advertised apparatus (price, availability, condition, etc... Expected response time on inquiries is less than 12hrs Response via phone call is preferred, especially relating to inquiries on apparatus priced above $200,000 Applying industry specific sales methodology, seek to generate highly qualified leads for the Brindlee Mountain Strategic Sales Representatives. Perform the necessary administrative functions related to creating purchase opportunities in support of the Brindlee Mountain Strategic Sales Team. For non-qualified leads, maintain a healthy pipeline of potential opportunities, connecting regularly through an established cadence. Participate in, and contribute to, regular sales training. Participate in, and contribute to, a monthly one-on-one meeting with your direct Supervisor. Travel to Tradeshows and Company events should be expected. Regularity of travel will vary as needs arise.
