As an International Engagement Partner, you will lead large projects and relationships while developing a high-performing, strategic team. In this role, you will structure work and analytics, resolve complex challenges, collaborate with senior executives, and contribute as an expert to enhance internal CCIEM effectiveness. You will leverage your strategic thinking to drive performance, implement growth initiatives, and support the global expansion of the Cleveland Clinic Institute, helping build a cohesive and dynamic international healthcare system. This position plays a key role in advancing Cleveland Clinic’s global growth strategy by expanding into new markets and cultivating long-term clinical partnerships. A caregiver in this role works Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. This is a hybrid role based primarily at CC Administrative Campus with flexibility to work remotely part of the week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business or a related field
  • Eight years of related experience in either a healthcare (within organization or consulting) or technical role matching job
  • History of achievement and ability to influence change in large organizations
  • Significant experience and knowledge of either healthcare industry/provider operations or of specific technical skills (i.e., strategy deployment or strategic transaction management)
  • Ability to understand and interpret key business/functional drivers
  • Proven ability to lead teams in the development and execution of complex analytics
  • Ability to build trust-based, influencing relationships with senior peers and global healthcare stakeholders, including providers, government entities, and strategic allies
  • Project management expertise

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree
  • Background in senior operations, senior expert or consultative role
  • Experience in international and multicultural environments
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or Agile
  • Knowledge of financial modeling, ROI, and business case development in healthcare or life sciences
  • Practical understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, payer-provider dynamics, and clinical workflows
  • Experience with digital health, population health, or value-based care models

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead projects or relationships, including facilitating meetings, creating/delivering presentations, problem-solving, setting and driving goals/timelines, designing/conducting analytics and developing implementation plans.
  • Manage teams in execution of projects/management of relationships, including CCIEM members and caregivers/executives outside the CCIEM (and potentially outside CC).
  • Participate in the development of CCIEM toolkit/perspective on area of expertise, including conceptual framework, standardized analytics, standardized processes, tools/templates and training.
  • Build relationships with senior executives on projects/relationships and work with those leaders to facilitate decisions.
  • Lead major CCIEM projects to set the CCIEM agenda, improve team effectiveness/engagement, improve people processes, skill-build, etc.
