About The Position

International Sales Representative - Bilingual (English/Spanish) JOB SUMMARY The International Sales Representative is responsible for selling used equipment offerings to customers located across the United States and South America. They work strategically to suggest and provide material handling solutions for all customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for selling products to new and existing customers throughout the United States and South America. Introduces customers to equipment offerings, preparing and reviewing sales quotes in detail. Develops proposals in accordance with standards and presents them to customers, reviewing them in detail. Facilitates demonstrations of material handling solutions as needed per customer request. Understands products, market competition, and how to position products to overcome these factors and meet sales targets. Generates new business and follows up on leads by researching the internet, making phone calls, and sending emails. Collaborates with other internal department staff members as needed, working closely with all company divisions to develop cross-selling strategies and ensure a great customer experience. Initiates and approves all documentation to complete sales orders. Coordinates shipping orders via truck and container to destinations, developing relationships with freight brokerage providers, and ensuring the proper equipment is shipped and delivered. Meets customer expectations for continued support and follow-up after sales are final to include delivery of truck, signing of delivery report, truck orientation, service schedules, etc. Continues to build and strengthen business relationships to forecast future materials handling needs. Keeps an accurate and comprehensive customer database, including contact names, businesses, and clients’ sales history. Attends weekly and/or monthly team meetings to review department goals and strategies. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field preferred. EXPERIENCE Two or more years of sales experience preferably in the materials handling industry. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS This role requires proficiency in both English and Spanish to effectively support our diverse workforce and customer base. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers. Ability to work independently and on a team. Ability to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear, concise and professional manner.
