This paid internship program has been developed for individuals that have an interest in pursuing a healthcare career and is specifically designed to expose students to the dynamic field of senior services and post-acute care. During this 10–12 week program, interns will gain hands-on experience across multiple talent-related departments while working on a dedicated project. This experience provides insight into the day-to-day operations and challenges of the talent teams. Interns will also have the opportunity to strengthen their people, organization, and facilitation skills while contributing to meaningful projects and supporting effective task and project management. This paid internship program has been developed for individuals that have an interest in pursuing a healthcare career and is specifically designed to expose students to the dynamic field of senior services and post-acute care. Requirements

  • Enrolled in (or have recently completed) a college/university degree program.
  • Interest in a career in health care and/or business operations.
  • Demonstration of strong relationship and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Completion of all application steps listed below.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for talent team
  • Learn full lifecycle of recruiting process
  • Assist in identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for open positions
  • Assist with reviewing and updating job postings and position descriptions to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational needs.
