The Inventory Associate will ensure accurate inventory control, supporting production with timely materials, and maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse. A successful candidate must be able to: Perform and document daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts. Track and report inventory variances, losses, and adjustments; escalate recurring issues to the Inventory Manager. Maintain accurate records of all incoming materials, ensuring proper labeling, inspection, and storage. Monitor stock levels and generate low stock and reorder reports to prevent shortages and production delays. Record and report any damaged, expired, or obsolete inventory. Receive and inspect incoming shipments of electronic components and materials. Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips; resolve discrepancies with purchasing or vendors. Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage, especially for ESD-sensitive components. Accurately enter all inventory transactions into ERP or inventory management systems. Maintain detailed and up-to-date logs of receipts, cycle counts, material issues, and returns. Assist in preparation for and execution of internal and external inventory audits. Provide accurate data for inventory-related reports and KPIs. Issue materials to production based on work orders and Bill of Materials (BOMs). Maintain FIFO and proper shelf life rotation practices. Keep warehouse and inventory areas clean, labeled, and compliant with 5S, lean, and ESD procedures. All other duties assigned. A successful candidate will demonstrate: Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and resolve inventory issues. Basic knowledge of electronic components and safe handling procedures (ESD). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and reports. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus). Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
