About The Position

Diamond Foundry Inc. is solving the thermal limitation at the foundation of today's most exciting tech industries -- AI & cloud compute, electric-car power electronics, and 5G/6G wireless. We have managed to produce the world's first single-crystal diamond wafers and are now on a mission to put a diamond behind every chip. We are the rare unicorn that has grown fast and profitably. We received $515m in funding and are executing a multi-$B expansion plan for one of the greenest forms of tech manufacturing: converting greenhouse gas into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy. The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring parts are available for supporting production. As we ramp our foundry, you will perform a wide range of tasks, including purchasing, receiving, material handling, stocking, ERP transactions, packaging, and logistics. This position will be located out of our Fremont location.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in supply chain and fulfillment operations, including international logistics.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, NetSuite, and ERP inventory management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Flexible and detail-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Able to travel as needed (locally).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the accuracy and control of material receipts, raw material, and finished goods inventory locations.
  • Maintain reorder points, track and receive POs
  • Tracks inventory levels, consumption rates, issuance, and purchase orders to maintain supply.
  • Sort and arrange shipments to suppliers by handling all aspects of pulling/packing, generating packing lists and logistics internationally
  • Assist with uploading parcel counts into Netsuite, validate data
