About The Position

The inventory Coordinator is a hands-on position and it’s estimated that approximately 50% of a typical day will be physically counting inventory, with the remaining time spent researching root causes and/or working with Cycle count Coordinators reviewing their root cause findings and, proposing and implementing permanent corrective actions to supervisory and management staff. This role is a 4-day work week. Friday - Sunday from 4AM - 6:30PM

Requirements

• High school Diploma
• Minimum of two years Cycle Count or Inventory Coordination experience
• Effectively communicate cross-functionally in a collaborative manner
• Proficient in Excel and able to develop clear and concise spreadsheets and reports

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a production environment
• Experience in a food production environment
• Ability to be trained on PIT Equipment to include forklifts and scissors

Responsibilities

• Physically count items in inventory using appropriate processes and forms
• Update ERP system with Cycle Count Results and updated inventory quantities
• Maintain and report KPIs around first-pass and reconciled accuracy
• Partner cross-functionally Inventory Supervisors, and Warehouse/Inventory Manager to help solve inventory related issues
• Ensue that Root Cause Report is being filled out
• Identify root causes and work with appropriate functions to develop correct actions and supporting processes to eliminate root causes as identified
• Manage Team effectively to maintain goal of 100% inventory accuracy
