About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control, data analysis, and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in profit loss management, project management, and process improvement.

Requirements

Proficiency in data analysis skills with a focus on inventory management.
Advanced Excel skills required; must have an advanced knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP function.
Some travel is required (up to 10%).
Familiarity with SAP for querying databases required.
Knowledge of logistics and retail management processes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience in e-commerce inventory operations is preferred.
Prior experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is a plus.
Korean fluency is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Analyze and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Monitor and report on inventory discrepancies.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow.
Utilize data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to generate insights.
Implement inventory control best practices to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
Work with 3PL providers to ensure accurate inventory counts and timely shipments.
Support retail management by providing accurate inventory forecasts.
Utilize MRP systems to manage material requirements planning effectively.
Communicate cross-functionally with the sales and marketing team about overstocked or understocked inventory, and other supply chain issues.
Maintain internal sales forecast based on industry trends, economic climate, market competition and seasonality, among other factors.
