THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Investment Operations Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Assist in identifying and addressing internal and external customer needs and strive to do what's right for our customers. Coordinate activities with team to design, develop, and maintain data analysis and business intelligence (BI) applications and tools. Support developing, refining, and implementing automated business processes and mechanisms to help us deliver on Fannie Mae's vision and purpose in safely and soundly deploying and overseeing affordable housing investments. Compile data and analyses to inform business decision-making capabilities. Assist with identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. Maintain a focus on operational efficiency, including both speed and quality, while overseeing the timely completion of key processes that support Fannie Mae’s housing tax credit investments. THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Desired Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, including coursework in accounting, finance, and/or operations Interest in or exposure to commercial real estate concepts Excellent attention to detail High level of familiarity and comfort with technology, including the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and BI software like Tableau, Power BI, or similar Multifamily Customer Engagement - Business Intelligence - Associate Target Pay Range: $85,000 - $110,000 a year Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Level Degree The future is what you make it to be.
