About The Position

If you are detail-oriented, responsible, and good with numbers, consider becoming U-Haul’s newest Invoice Processing Clerk. In this position you will be responsible for entering invoice information in Accounts Payable System. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with computer programs, specifically Excel

Responsibilities

Accurately enter invoice information in accordance with processing procedures
Research all documents and previous payments in order to accurately compensate the payee
Ensure accurate coding of invoices to the proper general ledger account
Contact U-Haul entities to verify information received or correct other issues
