Requirements

  • Strong experience working with billing systems, invoicing tools, or ERP platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with branch teams, managers, and customers
  • High attention to detail and financial accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage billing tasks across multiple departments or locations
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where accuracy and deadlines both matter

Nice To Haves

  • 2–5 years working as an Invoicing Specialist, Billing Coordinator, Accounts Receivable Specialist, or AR Support professional
  • ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation)
  • Experience in industrial services, equipment distribution, field service, or material handling environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process invoices for our aftermarket process operations.
  • Partner & coordinate daily with Product Support Managers (PSMs) and branch teams to verify billing accuracy before invoices reach customers
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and customer billing questions
  • Maintain organized invoicing documentation and financial records in WMH systems
  • Serve as the communication liaison between branches, operations leadership, and customers regarding billing status and resolution timelines
  • Contribute ideas that improve invoicing workflows as the division continues to grow
