This role ensures sales representatives have the technical understanding and sales messaging needed to communicate the value of IPS services across electric motors, generators, rotating equipment, and power management systems. Working closely with engineering, operations, field service teams, and marketing, the Sales Enablement Specialist translates complex technical capabilities into practical sales knowledge. The role plays a critical part in helping sales teams address customer challenges related to reliability, power distribution, equipment performance, and industrial asset management.
