You will help identify, research, and resolve technical issues. This role is ideal for a student looking for real-world experience in IT operations, global service delivery, and enterprise support processes. You will report to the IT Team Lead and be located at our Columbia facility. This is a paid full-time onsite position for the summer.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Completed Sophomore year of college
- Experience with PC hardware, Windows operating systems, and common productivity software
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, and VPN)
- No relocation assistance provided
Responsibilities
- Help provide tier‑1/tier‑2 technical support for end-users
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues (Windows, macOS, mobile devices)
- Help configure, imaging, and deploying laptops, desktops, and peripheral equipment
- Support enterprise applications such as M365, VPN, remote‑access tools, and collaboration platforms
- Help monitor system alerts, service tickets, and incident queues
- Participate in routine system maintenance, updates, and patch cycles
- Participate and collaborate with global IT teams to support infrastructure projects and technology rollouts
