About The Position

Under the direct supervision of a manager or director and according to established policies and procedures, the Analyst I performs routine analysis to include evaluation of hardware and software based on end user criteria. The Analyst I performs workflow analysis, design, development, testing, training, implementation, management and support of assigned application systems and/or projects. Directly interacts with assigned department managers and senior level staff to provide automation services in support of department’s strategic and operational objectives. Maintains system specification and technical documentation. On occasion, acts as liaison between Information Technology vendors and TGH. Participates in department and hospital task forces, focus groups and/or committees as assigned by their supervisor to meet the group objectives. Employs intermediate analytical and technical evaluative process; managerial and interpersonal perspectives. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital. Maintain and troubleshoot Radiation Oncology applications including Aria, Radformation, CT Sim, Eclipse, MIM, and Epic integrations. On-site presence as required to support applications. This role will provide support to our East Coast operations, specifically in Palm Beach Gardens at 11275 Legacy Avenue, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410.

Requirements

  • Highschool or GED and up to 2+ years of information technology / applications experience.
  • Epic Radiant certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
