General Summary: Provide hardware and software user and desktop support including computer, phone, printing, and scanning support. Monitor and respond in a timely manner to helpdesk support requests. Essential Job Functions: Provide hardware and software desktop support, both in person and remotely for all locations. Provide customer service and answer questions to resolve issues for employees in person, via telephone and help desk tickets. Perform desktop/laptop imaging. Perform other duties that may be necessary.
