About The Position

Kearney and Company is seeking an IT Audit Manager to apply technical and/or analytical approaches as well as experience in information systems, general controls application controls, and information security, to support the Government's financial statement audits in Fort Meade, Maryland. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Contribute to work streams by drafting documents to include working papers Contribute to research, planning, and testing activities Perform IT audit procedures Prepare and present solutions and deliverables Prepare and implement IT audit program Review IT working papers of other auditors Provide input to methodology while coordinating analysis with other project personnel Plan, execute, and review work streams of the engagement from an IT perspective Responsible for day-to-day oversight of IT audit procedures Prepare and present team and deliverable status reports in project meetings Prepare and deliver briefings, lead discussions with the Government and facilitate meetings Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, or relevant technical field of study
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas are required: Information Technology (IT) audits or attestations, IT process reengineering, IT change management, IT security, IT controls, IT management, or IT integration
  • CISA or other relevant equivalent certification
  • Willing to work onsite 5 days a week in Fort Meade, MD
  • Minimum active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with polygraph for the IC (Intelligence Community) (U.S. citizenship required)
