About The Position

We are seeking an IT Deployment Technician with hands-on experience deploying and managing Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment. This role is responsible for imaging, configuring, and deploying devices using SCCM and other enterprise tools. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced IT operations environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of IT support or deployment experience in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM for imaging, software deployments, and patch management.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Solid customer service and communication skills, including working with end users during deployments.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed for staging and installation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Intune, Active Directory, or MDT.
• Familiarity with Office 365 deployment and configuration.
• Exposure to ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Perform workstation imaging, configuration, and deployment using SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).
• Prepare, stage, and deploy laptops, desktops, and peripheral equipment for new hires, refresh cycles, and project-based rollouts.
• Execute software deployments, updates, and patching across large user populations using SCCM task sequences and collections.
• Troubleshoot post‑deployment issues including driver problems, profile errors, OS configuration issues, and application failures.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory for workstations, monitors, docking stations, and other IT hardware.
• Assist with data transfer and user profile migration during device refreshes or replacements.
• Support Windows 10/11 operating systems, basic networking, and standard enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with service desk, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure successful rollouts and adherence to IT standards.
• Document deployment procedures, configurations, and technical steps to support consistency and repeatability.
