About The Position

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT leadership with a track record of supporting diverse business functions (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, or Marketing).
  • Demonstrated experience in Portfolio Management or IT Business Partnering within a multi-departmental environment.
  • Exceptional ability to bridge the "communication gap"—translating complex technical architecture into business value and vice versa.
  • Proven expertise in presenting strategic roadmaps and business cases to executive leadership.
  • Broad understanding of modern IT ecosystems, including cloud infrastructure, SaaS integrations, and data analytics.
  • Strong financial acumen for managing departmental budgets and ROI analysis for IT projects.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate organizational complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Demand & Portfolio Management: Oversee the intake process for new IT requests, providing clarity on scope, resource requirements, and business impact.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure IT roadmaps are synchronized with the company’s broader operational and financial goals.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direct oversight and mentorship to a team of IT professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on professional growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between infrastructure, security, and development teams to ensure seamless delivery of enterprise-wide solutions.
