About The Position

As an IT Operations Analyst at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible to support IT business operations department to perform analysis, support and coordination across various IT technical and application teams. This position relies on connecting concepts across both applications and technology, applying basic IT systems concepts to resolve issues that may have system-wide impact. This work will involve coordinating and ensuring the successful delivery and management of single or multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints. The IT Operations Analyst will help execute projects, tasks and supporting activities to ensure and position Endeavor Health for operational success in the future, with a focus on providing safe, seamless, and personal care. To be successful in this role, you will be expected to remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices. This position will lead our process for Major Incident management including documentation, post-incident review, process enablement, and coordination of staff to continually improve upon incident handling.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in IT
  • Experience with IT Service Management frameworks
  • Great interpersonal, organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
  • Possess analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledgeable in use of Microsoft Office/Office365 Platform.

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL Foundations (preferred)
  • ServiceNow experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and coordinate standard practices and processes as assigned for IT Service Deliver, Business Continuity and other IT operations related activities.
  • Assist and support completion of IT Awards, IT-related grants and surveys within provided deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Assist and resolve issues and refers to more complex issues to direct manager/director.
  • Must have the ability to work independently or in a team setting with some supervision/guidance.
  • General support for IT leadership in maintaining efficient IT operations.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
