About The Position

We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator for a global biopharma company to support enterprise IT integration initiatives, including M&A-related programs. This role will work closely with Program Managers and PMO Leads to drive execution, coordination, and tracking across multiple IT workstreams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a structured PMO environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience supporting IT projects or enterprise programs
  • Experience working in structured PMO environments
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT domains
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Excel, or similar platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Execution-focused and dependable
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive and solution-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to M&A integration or separation projects
  • Experience in complex or regulated enterprise environments
  • CAPM or working toward PMP certification

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of IT integration and enterprise initiatives
  • Maintain project plans, action logs, RAID logs, and status reports
  • Coordinate tasks across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data teams
  • Track milestones, risks, and dependencies and escalate when appropriate
  • Facilitate working sessions and document decisions and next steps
  • Assist with Day 1 readiness tracking and post-integration activities
  • Ensure adherence to PMO governance and reporting standards
