About The Position

Invessio is looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy IT Recruiter to drive the expansion of our software design and production teams. As we build highly scalable and reliable financial infrastructure, you will be the primary engine for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier engineering talent. This is a full-cycle recruitment role based in our Phoenix HQ, focusing on high-level technical profiles that value clean design and professional accountability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably within a high-growth software production or fintech environment.
  • Ability to speak the "same language" as engineers and accurately assess senior-level technical competencies.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other niche technical communities.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume desk with genuine flexibility and no micromanagement.

Responsibilities

  • Execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify senior-level talent specialized in software architecture, full-stack development, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Conduct deep technical screenings to verify proficiency in modern stacks including Python (asynchronous/parallel programming), Angular, Azure DevOps, C#/.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and big data frameworks.
  • Partner with product leads to recruit specialists who understand user experience and software best practices within the context of capital-raising technology.
  • Lead the end-to-end process from drafting technical JDs to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding, ensuring a premium candidate experience.
  • Attract "problem solvers" who thrive in an environment of both autonomy and collaboration, agile workflows, and shared ownership.
  • Stay current with Phoenix tech trends and competitive salary benchmarks to ensure Invessio remains an employer of choice.
  • Maintain an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
