Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Recruiter with 3–6 years of experience to support high-volume hiring for Help Desk and technical support roles in NYC. The role requires strong expertise in bulk hiring, combined with hands-on exposure to IT/technical recruitment. The recruiter will play a key role during peak hiring seasons and work closely with hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring timelines.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of recruiting experience with strong exposure to bulk/high-volume hiring
  • Proven experience hiring Help Desk, Technical Support, or Customer Support roles
  • Prior experience or working knowledge of IT/technical recruitment
  • Knowledge of US employment laws and compliance standards
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Bulk / high-volume hiring expertise

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume Help Desk and Technical Support positions
  • Execute bulk hiring initiatives during peak seasons (Back-to-School: April–August)
  • Screen candidates for customer service skills, technical aptitude, and role fit
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, hiring events, and offer management
  • Maintain a strong candidate experience across high-volume pipelines
  • Support hiring for IT roles as required
  • Conduct initial technical screenings aligned with role requirements
  • Partner with technical panels and hiring managers for candidate evaluation
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR, and Operations teams
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipeline status, and hiring metrics
  • Ensure adherence to internal recruitment processes and US hiring compliance
  • Work with staffing vendors and referral programs when needed
