About The Position

The IT Specialist/Computer Analyst is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the company’s computer systems and networks. This role ensures all technology resources operate efficiently, securely, and support daily business operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across 20 office locations. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting, routers, and firewalls.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently across multiple locations.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between offices.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Requires regular travel between all company office locations (20 total) to support IT operations.
  • Provide technical support to all levels of network users for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems for 20 locations.
  • Manage user accounts and security within Active Directory, Exchange, and Greenway Medical Server.
  • Perform hardware replacements, installations, and upgrades as needed.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain software systems; manage backups, updates, upgrades, and downgrades.
  • Support company software applications and maintain an up-to-date inventory of software licenses, hardware, devices, and DNS assets.
  • Train staff and enhance the company’s overall technology management capabilities.
  • Follow and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure the proper use of information systems and recyclable resources.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related hardware.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure consistent reliability.
  • Document IT procedures, incidents, and maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with management on technology upgrades, process improvements, and the status of technical issues, changes, or relocations.
  • Ensure compliance with all data security and privacy standards.
  • Assist in planning, communicating, testing, and implementing disaster recovery procedures.
  • Review system logs and messages to identify, troubleshoot, and report potential errors.
