Customer Contact Services (CCS) is seeking a Systems Administrator – Cloud Platforms responsible for the administration and operational reliability of the organization’s core infrastructure, cloud services, and system integrations. This role manages systems across Microsoft 365, hybrid on-premises Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Entra), AWS, and Azure environments, while maintaining network infrastructure and supporting system integrations across the organization. The Systems Administrator plays a key role in ensuring systems remain secure, stable, and well-maintained while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation. This role is ideal for a systems administrator with approximately 3–6 years of experience managing Microsoft and cloud-based infrastructure who enjoys maintaining reliable systems, resolving complex technical issues, and improving operational processes.
