What you get to do Perform service transition tasks according to ITIL methodology processes (Asset management, change management, knowledge management-SOP management) Perform service operation tasks according to ITIL methodology processes (Event management, incident management, problem management, request fulfillment, access management) Interact professionally with other department and outside vendors Manage single projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and according to the customer’s request. Interact with corporate IT and vendors to isolate and repair software and remote troubles calls Assist users with laptop set up and testing Assist with repair parts and receiving process Maintain PCI Compliance Other duties as assigned What it takes to succeed High school diploma or equivalent Technical certifications for PC, Network, Telcom, and system support experience At least five years of experience working with PC, Telecom, System Support and/or Network experience Working knowledge of Windows, Cisco IOS, and/or Avaya Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic math skills Ability to recognize service design (according to ITIL methodology processes) concerns and address with peers and supervisors. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certifications for PC, Network, Telcom, and system support experience
  • At least five years of experience working with PC, Telecom, System Support and/or Network experience
