• 3 Years Management Experience with 3 Years in Janitorial Industry.

• Preferred Bilingual English / Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support Interviewing and Hiring of staff, train, manage performance including disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Ability to understand project management and related project planning, while communicating any changes and progress.
• Weekly scheduling of staff.
• Oversee ordering of Supplies and Equipment.
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of all Compliance Standards ( OSHA, State / Federal ).
• Manage the Customer and Vendor relationship for assigned accounts.
