If you’re a pro at keeping things spotless and know how to motivate a crew, we want to meet you. 🤝 The Details 📋 Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 / hour 💰 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends! 🙌) Location: Scenic Chattanooga, TN ⛰️ What You’ll Be Doing 🛠️ As a Shift Supervisor, you’re the heartbeat of the building. You won't just be managing—you’ll be leading by example!

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in cleaning or leadership.
• Reliability: You show up ready to win every day. ⏰
• Communication: You’re great at talking to the team and the boss to get the job done right. 🗣️
• Must be 18-years or older, able to pass a drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Crew: Supervise and coordinate with the team to crush daily goals. 👥
• Quality Control: Team up with the Manager to ensure our buildings are sparkling and up to code. ✨
• Get Hands-On: Handle general cleaning, trash removal, dusting, and vacuuming with pride. 🧼
• Stay Strong: You'll be on the move and must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively. 💪
