About The Position

Job Squad, Inc. is currently seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Job Coaches. This role provides direct support to individuals working in community-based employment settings, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence. Prior experience is preferred but not required—training is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid West Virginia driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word), cell phone and GPS skills

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training and support to individuals in community workplaces
• Teach job duties, workplace expectations, and appropriate social skills
• Use hands-on coaching methods such as modeling, prompting, and side-by-side training
• Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals, employers, and support teams
• Assist individuals in maintaining employment and achieving success
• Provide transportation as needed
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Attend team meetings and communicate effectively with supervisors

Benefits

• $15.00 per hour
• Paid bi-weekly (direct deposit or paper check available)
